$ETH Platform's Signal Trading Return Rate Algorithm Issue:

There is a serious algorithmic problem with the platform's signal trading return rate and profit calculations. I opened signal trading on my account, and all of my closing statements combined show a profit. However, after I switched my account mode from Classic Account to Unified Account, and then switched back to Classic Spot Account, my account showed a loss of over 2000U. By simply switching account modes, did I lose over 1000U in the platform's data? This happened twice—once on 2.26 with a loss of over 1500U, and once on 3.1 with a loss of over 1300U.

Customer service gave an evasive response about optimizing this logic without providing any actual solution. All of my positions and closing statements are visible and have not been hidden—I can review them. There is not a single trade that shows a loss exceeding 1000U.
