#比特币对比代币化黄金 has seen a living example.

He’s been in this game for eight years, rolling his initial 300,000 into 30 million—sounds legendary, right?

But if you actually meet him, you’ll realize it’s not that mystical.

He’s almost forty, and his routine is similar to an office worker’s: fixed hours for watching the market, works out when he should, spends time with his kid when he should. Even during the craziest bull runs, he’s never lost sleep.

How did he build such discipline?

Once, during a casual chat, he said, “I never feel like I’m gambling. Market volatility is normal; panic is the real illness.”

Later, reviewing his trading records from over the years, I found there were no fancy tricks—

If an asset’s price surged too quickly, he’d trim his position. When everyone online was hyping something, he’d be bookkeeping. He always kept his capital flexible, never going all-in on a single asset.

What’s even more hardcore: whenever his account’s paper profits hit a certain threshold, he’d always cash out. “Numbers on-chain aren’t money; it’s only real when it’s in your hand.” He’s said this more than once.

To sum it up in six plain sentences:

Parabolic gains are usually unsustainable;
Those making the most noise are rarely making money;
Position management always outweighs profit expectations;
Lock in profits—numbers can go to zero;
Skip any project you can’t fully understand;
Staying alive long-term is more important than getting rich quick.

This game isn’t about reaction speed—it’s about endurance.

Smart people earn beta returns,
Fools chase alpha cycles.

Damn, this is what it really means to be alive. A story that’s a dream for so many people is just his daily life, and he still has free time.

After listening, I just want to say one thing—I’m damn well that fool who’s still suffering from the alpha cycle. I should have learned from others' execution ability a long time ago.

Honestly, this logic really tests human nature. Most people get into the space hoping to make 10x coins, but end up paying the "IQ tax," while this guy has managed to survive steadily until now, and the key is he actually made money. What really hits me is that phrase "only what's in hand counts." So many people have millions in unrealized gains on paper, but after a single correction, they give it all back and even lose more—now that's a real tragedy.
