According to Jinse Finance, on March 30, BlackRock announced a position for Managing Director of Digital Assets.
This position is a leadership role within BlackRock’s Digital Assets organization, which is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s digital asset-related businesses, including crypto assets, stablecoins, and tokenization.
The team is responsible for developing the company’s digital asset strategy, collaborating with partner teams to oversee strategy execution, and taking a leadership role in communications with clients and other external stakeholders.
Candidate requirements include 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience, with a salary range of $270,000 to $350,000.
In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, as well as various benefits including healthcare, vacation, and retirement benefits.
