People think my family life was a secret. It was not a secret. It was simply private. I grew up watching legends like Peter Edochie and Ramsey Nouah. We never saw their partners every day on our screens. We loved them for their work, not for their family pictures.

I wanted the same kind of shield for my wife and my girls. Fame can twist simple things. A child can go to school and hear a teacher talking about her father from something online. I want my daughter to discover herself first, not to copy me because I act.
So I try to protect them from the bright side of this job. They did not choose this life. I did. They should be free to walk in peace, choose their own dreams and grow at their own gentle pace. My work should never steal their chance at normal living.
