Spark Community Releases Proposal to "Adjust SubDAO Proxy Management Mechanism"

Foresight News reports that the Spark community has released a proposal to “Adjust SubDAO Proxy Management Mechanism.” The proposal includes suggestions for the Spark governance body to make the following adjustments to the SubDAO proxy reserve plan: shorten the risk capital requirement (RRC) look-back period from 12 months to 3 months; reduce the Spark product security deposit from 5 million USDS to 1 million USDS; shorten the target operation cycle from 24 months to 12 months; increase the standard buyback rate from 10% to 25%; add a new parameter “Buyback Recipient” to specify the flow of SPK tokens purchased by the buyback executor.
