How to link an email address to your Gate account on website:

Log in to your account. Place your cursor on the top-right profile icon and go to "Security Settings " - "Email Verification" - "Turn on".

Input your email address, the verification code received via email, and your fund password. Then click on "Email Setup".
How to link an email address to your Gate account on app:

Open your Gate mobile app and log in to your account. Click on the top-left profile icon then click on "Profile and Settings", go to "Security Center" > "Email".

Input all of the required information (email address, email verification code, SMS verification code, and fund password). After all blanks are filled in correctly, confirm linking this email address to your account.
How to update the email address linked:
If the currently linked email is still available for you，it can be changed on your own on the website

Access: Log in to your account. Place your cursor on the top-right profile icon and go to "Security settings" - "Email verification" - "Change".

Once an email address is linked to a Gate account, the email address can be replaced with a new one but it cannot be unlinked. When trading, if your linked email is no longer in use and thus cannot receive verification codes, you need to provide your Gate username, user ID, old email address, new email address, legal name, the city you are registered at, names of the currencies that you trade, a photo of you holding your ID and a piece of paper with your Gate username (the paper note must also include a deion of the problem you have, the phone number linked to your account, and the time when this paper note is written). You may submit a ticket on Gate website or send an email containing the above-mentioned information and materials to support@gate.com.
How to Reset Email：
Note: If you cannot log into your account and you want to change the email address associated with your account, except for submitting a ticket, you can also submit an application through the security item page, and it will be reviewed within 1-3 working days.
