On February 26, Ayami Kaguchi, Executive Director of the Ethereum Foundation, was promoted to the position of Chair of the Ethereum Foundation. Ayami Kaguchi stated that she would uphold the values of the Ethereum Foundation, promote diversity, expand the Ethereum Foundation's influence on vision and culture. She aims to make Ethereum's technologies and social innovations serve humanity's values. In 2013, Ayami Kaguchi was responsible for operations in Japan at the CEX trading platform. In February 2018, Ayami Kaguchi joined the Ethereum Foundation as Executive Director, primarily coordinating and organizing various Foundation events, including internal affairs, community collaboration, such as educational events and activities.
