B.C. First Nations vows to block northwest pipeline
A delegation from the Haida Nation travelled to Calgary to meet with Pembina Pipeline Corp. and Trans Mountain Corp. leadership. They expressed strong disapproval of a new bitumen pipeline to British Columbia’s northwest coast. The First Nations delegation has threatened legal action if their concerns regarding the pipeline are not addressed.
