Impax Asset Management Group plc reduced its stake in TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE:TEL) by 10.7% in the fourth quarter, selling 91,302 shares and holding 764,995 shares valued at $174.0 million. This position represents about 1.1% of Impax’s portfolio. TE Connectivity reported strong quarterly results, beating EPS and revenue estimates, and announced a $3.0 billion stock repurchase plan and an increased quarterly dividend.
