EtherFi Proposes Injection of 5,000 ETH for Rescue Efforts
On April 24, the EtherFi Foundation proposed to inject 5,000 ETH into the rsETH special rescue pool to fill collateral gaps, protect user assets, and prevent bad debts from spreading within the DeFi ecosystem. This initiative is part of the ‘DeFi United’ joint rescue operation, with the core objective of restoring rsETH’s peg, stabilizing the lending market, and mitigating systemic risks arising from recent attack events.
