I realize that unrealized losses hurt sleep much more than unrealized gains. Clearly, it's just an unrealized figure on the screen, but my brain automatically treats it as "already lost," and I keep replaying in the middle of the night why I didn't cut a little more according to plan. Unrealized gains are easier for me to categorize as "not pocketed yet, so don’t take it seriously," so my emotions aren’t as intense.

Honestly, this is very similar to encountering regression bugs when coding: no matter how fast new features run, I don’t feel at ease unless all regression tests are green; losses are like that red test case, constantly flashing. Recently, the mutual criticism of TPS, fees, and subsidies among L2s is similar—no matter how lively the hype, I still find myself more troubled by the hypothetical "what if it crashes" before on-chain real usage and sustainability are verified. Anyway, I’m only doing two things now: first, writing down stop-loss/stop-profit conditions; second, not checking my positions before sleep to prevent my brain from automatically starting nighttime compilation.
