Lately I've been thinking about on-chain privacy again... To be honest, don't expect "complete anonymity," more like "don't let yourself be too transparent." The compliance boundaries are also changing, and the general expectation for ordinary people is probably: your address profile will eventually be pieced together, just to what extent and by whom. The quieter you are, the easier it is to run into trouble.

These days, hardware wallets are out of stock again, and I know everyone has been educated by phishing links once more... It's a good thing that security awareness has improved, but don't turn it into anxiety and start clicking randomly. I'm also annoyed by too much information; my filtering method is pretty simple: only look at funding rates, open positions, plus one or two emotional indicators, and treat other "leaks/insider info" as noise first. As for privacy, don't fantasize about one-click invisibility; what you can do is use different addresses, reduce reuse, and don't tie your on-chain activities to your real-world identity—start with that.
