Abstract generation in progress

Vital Farms is facing a class action lawsuit alleging that the company misled investors about the risks and impact of delays related to its new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The lawsuit, filed by Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., claims that Vital Farms downplayed the issues, leading to missed earnings and investor losses. Investors who purchased Vital Farms securities between May 8, 2025, and February 26, 2026, have until May 26, 2026, to apply to be lead plaintiff.
