On-chain congestion, my most intuitive feeling is: you click send, but you're just throwing the transaction into the mempool queue, like merging onto a highway during rush hour... Someone ahead cuts in line (by paying higher fees), and you can only wait patiently or raise your fee and resend to override the original. What's more frustrating is that during the waiting process, the price has already moved, and in the end, you either suffer from slippage and get filled completely, or it simply fails but the fee is still deducted, which is quite frustrating.

These days, the group is again discussing stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and rumors of "potential de-pegging." When tensions rise, it's easy to panic and rush in and out of funds, which only makes the chain more congested. To put it simply, the more anxious you are, the easier it is to be taught a lesson by the mempool... I'm just someone who observes slowly, trying not to squeeze in during the busiest times, but instead think through the path and fees carefully before confirming.
