Tianfeng Securities Announcement: The company received from the Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau on March 13, 2026, the “Decision of the Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau on Administrative Regulatory Measures Including Suspension of Relevant Business, Disciplinary Actions for Related Personnel, and Regulatory Talks” and the “Decision of the Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau on Administrative Regulatory Measures Including Suspension of Relevant Business and Issuance of a Warning Letter to Tianfeng Tianrui Investment Co., Ltd.” The Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to suspend Tianfeng Securities’ relevant business for two years and has ordered the company to discipline the responsible personnel involved. Additionally, the bureau has also imposed supervisory measures on Tianfeng Tianrui Investment Co., Ltd., including a one-year suspension of establishing new private fund products and issuing a warning letter.
