Lately, I've been really annoyed by the "attention economy"... One moment it's AI chain narratives, and the next it's some new meme, flooding the group chat so much that if you don't click in, it feels like you missed something. Especially these past two days, with regulations on stablecoins, reserve audits, and various rumors about "losing the peg" being repeatedly shared, my emotions are suddenly pulled away, and I feel the urge to act.
I've basically set a rule for myself now: when a hot topic comes up, I don't move first; I check whether my positions have exceeded certain ranges; if it's just noise and the price hasn't broken through key levels, I treat it as background noise. To put it simply, the easiest thing to get "cut" isn't the market, but your heart, which gets pulled around by three different narratives in a day. Take it slow; after all, the juicy gains don't grow overnight.
