Institutions' current approach is playing a key role in reducing the supply of Ethereum. Analysts see this shift as more than just a passing trend.

Jeffrey Kendrick recently pointed out in his research that Ethereum could reach $40,000 by 2030. These predictions influence behavior, encouraging investors to lock in their holdings rather than trade them.

Major investors have already taken action. Repeated deposits of 2,000 Ethereum into storage contracts, along with one wallet storing 18,000 Ethereum worth $39.45 million, highlight how effectively storing Ethereum contributes to reducing the liquid supply of Ethereum. This pattern indicates accumulation, not distribution.
