Recently, the first high-voltage electrode boiler invested and constructed by Guangxi Energy Co., Ltd. under Guangtou Hezhou Power Plant has been successfully completed and put into production, providing stable and high-quality thermal energy for the major project development of the Hezhou Renxin Combined Heat and Power Green Technology Park in this autonomous region.

The project has newly built an electrode boiler with an evaporation capacity of 30 tons/hour (2.5-3.0 MPa, 350℃), connected to the medium-pressure heating system within the plant, with a thermal efficiency of over 99%. The equipment starts quickly and operates reliably, capable of achieving stepless adjustment within a load range of 10% to 100%, adapting to different working conditions. It can not only free up power generation space for new energy units but also further enhance the deep peak-shaving capability of the power grid, significantly improving the heating capacity of the unit during the heating period and deep flexible peak-shaving capability, thus strengthening the heating guarantee for the park. This is of great significance for solving the problem of new energy consumption and promoting the green development of the local economy and society.

Since the project was launched, facing tight schedules, high technical requirements, and great difficulties in comprehensive coordination, as well as severe challenges such as the end of the year, the Spring Festival holiday, and others, the project construction team has led the project construction with party building, organized the establishment of a party member vanguard team, scientifically organized operations, tackled project nodes, and decomposed tasks to daily schedules with responsibilities assigned to individuals. Precise measures were taken to ensure safety, improve quality, and accelerate progress, efficiently completing various key node tasks within the planned time, ensuring that the project is put into production and operates stably as scheduled, successfully completing the heating guarantee task.

The operation of the project has provided a replicable and promotable model for energy-saving transformation in similar industries in the autonomous region, officially achieving the goal of supplying medium-pressure steam stably to the Renxin Green Industrial Park. With clean and efficient energy guarantees, it injects strong momentum for the high-quality development of regional industries and provides strong support for optimizing the business environment and enhancing the competitiveness and attractiveness of the park.
