On March 18, the “Above the Tide” 2026 Zhejiang Business Annual Theme Conference was grandly held at the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hall in Hangzhou. In the highly anticipated selection of the “2025 Annual Zhejiang Business Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Application Scenario Sample,” Hangcha Group stood out with its project “Application of Industrial Vehicle Knowledge Graph in Product Sales and Service (Intelligent Agent)” and was successfully selected. This project innovatively integrates “AI + Knowledge Graph” technology, establishing a 7×24-hour intelligent response system that covers precise matching before sales and accurate diagnosis after sales.
