Cryptocurrency market maker GSR announced the acquisition of digital asset operations company Autonomous and homogeneous token issuance and customized liquidity strategy consulting company Architech for $57 million, building an integrated capital markets and fund management platform covering the full lifecycle of projects from launch to scaling. Upon completion of the acquisition, Autonomous will continue to operate independently, providing launch and operations support for tokenized organizations; Architech will become a core component of GSR's digital asset consulting business.
