According to the regional Natural Resources Bureau, relying on the regional public resource trading platform, the bureau lawfully organized the second batch of mineral rights listings for 2026. Two mineral rights were successfully sold, covering minerals such as vein quartz and natural quartz sand, with a total transaction amount of 229.29 million yuan, achieving a “double increase” in resource value and market benefits.

The projects in this batch are located in Qinghe County and Fuhai County, with a reasonable regional distribution and diverse mineral types. The transaction site attracted 18 companies competing fiercely, with the highest single mineral right attracting bids from 7 companies simultaneously, fully demonstrating the market’s increasing recognition of the regional resource value in Altay and highlighting the core competitiveness and huge development potential of high-quality mineral resources in the area.

The valuable mineral types in this auction showcased their advantages, and resource conversion efficiency was significantly improved. The vein quartz mineral survey in the West Area of Hongliugou, Qinghe County, attracted 4 companies bidding, ultimately selling for 16.97 million yuan, a premium of 15.6 million yuan over the starting price, with a premium rate of 1138.7%, reflecting the market’s urgent demand for high-purity quartz resources. The 147 South 2 Natural Quartz Sand Mine in Fuhai County, an important regional building material and silicon-based industry raw material base, was sold at a high price of 212.32 million yuan, with a premium rate of 25%, providing a solid resource guarantee for the development of the local real economy.

The entire process of this auction strictly adhered to laws and regulations, upheld the principles of openness, fairness, and justice, and was fully supervised by society to ensure transparent transactions. Relevant regional departments (units) provided detailed and practical pre-transaction services, optimized the listing process, strengthened policy interpretation, and genuinely served enterprises’ investment and development, continuously improving the business environment.

The results of this auction not only brought considerable fiscal revenue to the region but also laid a foundation for large-scale and intensive development of mineral resources, effectively transforming resource advantages into development momentum. The regional Natural Resources Bureau will continue to strengthen the guarantee of mineral resource factors, strictly control resource allocation, regulate market transaction order, and make every effort to promote high-quality development of natural resources in Altay.
