Shanghai Bank: General Auditor Liu Fang's Qualification for Appointment Approved

On March 16, Shanghai Bank (Stock Code: 601229) announced that Mr. Liu Fang has been approved by the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau to serve as the company’s Chief Auditor.
