Danone Asia-Pacific and Alibaba Cloud Reach AI Strategic Partnership

On March 17, according to Alibaba Cloud, Danone Asia Pacific recently reached a strategic partnership with Alibaba Cloud. The two parties will collaborate deeply in multiple areas around the vision of “AI + Health,” including full-stack AI, big data, and public cloud cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region, jointly building an intelligent digital platform and agile organization for the AI era.

It is reported that Danone conducts business in three major areas focused on health, rapid development, and trendsetting: specialized nutrition, basic dairy products and plant-based products, and bottled water and beverages. Its well-known brands include Aptamil, Nutrilon, Pulsation, and Evian.

In the AI Agent field, both parties will leverage Alibaba’s ecosystem resources to jointly develop scenario-based AI agents in key business areas such as marketing, e-commerce, channel sales, customer service, and supply chain, based on the Qianwen large model, to improve Danone’s operational efficiency and consumer experience.

At the same time, both parties will utilize Alibaba Cloud’s globally leading model and computing power services to support Danone in more efficient R&D and innovation, accelerating the transformation of health technology achievements.
