Inner Mongolia Fellow Becomes New Shareholder of Xibei, Xibei's Registered Capital Increases

The Beijing News (Reporter Wang Ping) reported that on March 16, Tianyancha business information showed that Inner Mongolia Xibe Catering Group Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business change, adding Lin Lairong as a shareholder. The registered capital increased from approximately 102 million yuan to about 104 million yuan.

Public information indicates that Lin Lairong, as an individual, subscribed to a capital contribution of 2.247572 million yuan on February 14, gaining over 2.16% of Xibe Catering Group’s shares. His first shareholding date was March 10.

According to public data and reports, Lin Lairong was born in Inner Mongolia and founded Inner Mongolia Zhongxing Group in 1995. He is also the actual controller of Dazhong Mining and ranked on the Hurun Global Rich List in 2025 with a wealth of 9.5 billion yuan.
