Linshang Bank Launches a Series of Activities for International Women's Day on March 8

From March 4 to 6, the Linshang Bank Trade Union and Women’s Committee carefully organized a series of themed activities including recognition and incentives, red-themed educational activities, and intangible cultural heritage experiences.

Celebration and Commendation Meeting. On March 6, Linshang Bank held a celebration and commendation meeting for International Women’s Day and Women’s Achievement Recognition. Liu Jianming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Head Office, attended and delivered a speech, extending sincere holiday greetings and best wishes to all female staff. He fully acknowledged the outstanding contributions of female employees across all departments. During the meeting, the work report of the Women’s Committee of the Linshang Bank Trade Union for 2025 was presented, and key tasks for 2026 were arranged and deployed. The decision to commend the “Model Women’s Civilized Posts,” “Women’s Achievement Pioneers,” and “Harmonious and Civilized Families” was read, praising 35 model posts, 40 pioneers, and 36 families. Four outstanding representatives shared their experiences related to their roles and family building, vividly demonstrating the self-respect, confidence, independence, and resilience of women employees in the new era.

Ideals and Belief Education. On March 4, the Head Office Trade Union organized over 60 female employee representatives to visit the former site of the Shandong Provincial Government and the Eighth Route Army 115th Division Command Headquarters for red-themed educational activities. Afterwards, they went to Tianma Island in Junan for outdoor development activities, gaining insights into the development and changes of revolutionary old areas and the new look of the era, further fostering patriotism and uniting efforts to advance.

Intangible Cultural Heritage Handicraft Activities. On March 5, the Trade Union and Women’s Committee held four special handmade activities, including wormwood hammer making and everlasting flower fan making, with over 170 female employees participating across the bank.
