Crestone Air Partners to Acquire Arena Aviation Capital

Crestone Air Partners, majority-owned by Air T, Inc. (NASDAQ:AIRT), has agreed to acquire Arena Aviation Capital. This acquisition will significantly expand Crestone’s aviation lifecycle platform, resulting in a combined entity managing approximately 124 aircraft and 17 engines with over US$4 billion in assets and more than 55 employees across five countries. The transaction aims to enhance Crestone’s position as a leading full-service aviation asset manager and leverage synergies across their operations.
