Crestone Air Partners, majority-owned by Air T, Inc. (NASDAQ:AIRT), has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Arena Aviation Capital. This acquisition will expand Crestone’s platform to approximately 124 aircraft and 17 engines on lease, managing over $4 billion in assets, and increase its global footprint to offices in five countries with over 55 employees. The deal aims to consolidate the industry, bringing together Arena’s seasoned team and expertise with Crestone’s lifecycle-oriented investment approach.
