Jinfu Technology announces that the company plans to invest in establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Jinfu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. This subsidiary will serve as the implementation entity for the company’s acquisition of 51% equity each in Zhuohui Metal and Lianyi Thermal Energy. The investment funds will come from the company’s own funds or self-raised funds.
