Fincantieri Delivers Norwegian Luna Cruise Vessel
Fincantieri has delivered the Norwegian Luna, the second vessel in Norwegian Cruise Line’s expanded Prima Plus class, at its Marghera shipyard in Italy. This 156,000-gt ship is approximately 10% larger than previous Prima-class vessels and features new entertainment and recreation concepts, including the Aqua Slidecoaster and Ocean Boulevard. The delivery follows a new agreement between Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. and Fincantieri to build three next-generation cruise ships, with deliveries scheduled through 2037.
