Abstract generation in progress

Barclays has increased its price target for Realty Income (NYSE:O) from $64 to $65, maintaining an “equal weight” rating, suggesting a modest upside. The real estate investment trust reported quarterly results in line with expectations, achieving $1.08 EPS on $1.40 billion in revenue, and subsequently set its FY2026 EPS guidance between $4.38 and $4.42. Realty Income, known for its consistent dividends, also declared its 134th consecutive monthly dividend increase to $0.2705 but faces analyst scrutiny regarding the long-term sustainability of dividend growth without higher leverage or improved acquisition economics.
