Yingtai Taihe Property Insurance: Company's 5% equity transferred to State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd.
On March 12, Yingda Taihe Property & Casualty Insurance announced that the company will hold the 2025 Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 31, 2025. The meeting approved the proposal to change the shareholders of Yingda Taihe Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. The company’s shareholder, State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Company (holding 5%), was absorbed and merged into State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. Both parties signed an “Absorption and Merger Agreement,” and the company’s equity held by State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Company will be inherited by the surviving State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd.
