On March 13, Guizhou Moutai issued a notice stating that the company received a notification from the Zunyi City Supervisory Committee regarding the detention of Jiang Yan, a member of the company’s Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

The company operates strictly in accordance with the Company Law, Securities Law, Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies, other laws, regulations, normative documents, and the Articles of Incorporation. All directors and other senior management personnel are performing their duties normally, and production and operations are proceeding smoothly. The announced matter will not have a significant impact on the company’s production, operation, or management. Currently, Chairman Chen Hua is acting as the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
