China Financial International (00721) surged over 30% again this morning, after closing up 38.60% yesterday. As of the time of writing, the stock price increased by 10.13% to HKD 0.087, with a trading volume of HKD 11.0059 million.

On the evening of March 11, China Financial International announced the introduction of strategic investors, issuing a total of 2.194 billion new shares to范式智能, representing a 16.67% increase in enlarged share capital; the issue price was HKD 0.04 per share, a 29.82% discount to the March 11 closing price. The net proceeds of HKD 87.27 million are mainly intended for future investments in financial assets and virtual assets.

At the same time, a total of 2.501 billion warrants were issued to范式智能 and two related persons, 黄世荧 and 刘永兴, with an issue price of HKD 0.005, an exercise price of HKD 0.058, and a total cost of HKD 0.063, representing a 10.53% premium over the March 11 closing price. The net fundraising amount was HKD 11.51 million.
