The standard commission rate for in-app purchases and paid apps will be reduced from the current 30% to 25%. The commission rate for in-app purchases under the App Store Small Business Program and Mini Apps Partner Program, as well as the commission rate for auto-renewing subscriptions after the first year, will be reduced from 15% to 12%.
