How long can your stock market "experience memory" last?
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Buying or selling a stock, and in hindsight, realizing you shouldn’t have bought or sold at that moment, but you acted on emotion anyway, and then regret it deeply afterward.
Then you vow to strictly follow discipline in the future, but after a while, you forget selectively and get emotional again.
In the stock market, as long as you can hold back, there are still many opportunities.
It was only after I had a harsh experience when I was emotional that I remembered it vividly.
But I don’t know how long this “experience memory” will last. Many times, I only made a small profit, and once I lost vigilance, I acted harshly again.
How do you control your emotions and trading desires so that your experience memory stays in your mind?
