The period from the 13th to the 14th will be the most intense, with some areas in Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, and Shanxi experiencing heavy to violent snow; eastern Southwest China, the Huang-Huai, Jianghan, Jianghuai regions, and southeastern Tibet will see light to moderate rain, with heavy rain in some local areas such as the Sichuan Basin.
