According to Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO), the moon of Shawwal will be born on March 19 at 6:23 AM.

The agency stated that at the time of sunset on March 19, the moon’s age will be approximately 12 hours and 41 minutes, making the chances of sighting the crescent that evening very low.

In this situation, it is expected that Ramadan will complete 30 days this year, and Eid

Fitr is likely to fall on March 21.

The meeting will be chaired by the committee’s chairman, Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, and will also be attended by scholars from different schools of thought, representatives of the Meteorological Department, and other relevant institutions.
