According to IFR, citing sources, GenScript Biotech (01548)’s associate company Legend Biotech plans to list in Hong Kong this year, raising HKD 3 billion to HKD 4 billion (approximately USD 384 million to USD 512 million).

Currently, Legend Biotech is listed on NASDAQ as American Depositary Shares, specializing in discovering and developing novel cell therapies for tumors and other indications.

GenScript holds approximately 47.2% of its shares.
