On March 8th, Yu Donglai, the founder of Pang Donglai, shared his experience on social media again. He stated that since 2000, the company has distributed profits to all employees based on their positions, earning respect and care from staff and building trust. The goal is to stimulate everyone’s positive thinking and creativity, and to inspire learning and practicing a scientific and beautiful way of life. Management accounts for 50%, and employees account for 50%.

Yu Donglai also mentioned that in the future, these assets will be used as company equity, with 50% of annual profits given as bonuses to the team and 50% returned to shareholders.

According to the asset distribution details disclosed by Yu Donglai, Pang Donglai Group has a total of 10,194 employees, with total assets of 3,792.9 million yuan (about 3.79 billion yuan).
