【Hong Kong Stock Market】 Hang Seng Index rises 500 points, Tencent up nearly 7%, MINIMAX climbs another 20% to a high of 1228 yuan, CATL gains 9% after earnings release (updating continuously)
【Hang Seng Index / Hang Seng / HSIC / Hang Seng / HSI / Hong Kong Stocks / Night Futures / ADR】 Hong Kong stocks rebound nearly 400 points in the first half of the day. U.S. President Trump told foreign media that the war is almost over, and there is hope for it to end. Oil prices fell, leading to a high open of 331 points for the Hang Seng Index, opening at 25,740 points. It then fluctuated upward, reaching a maximum increase of 464 points, with a high of 25,872 points. The Hang Seng Index rose 396 points in the first half, closing at 25,804 points, with a turnover of HKD 172.01 billion. The Tech Index rose 1.4%, closing at 7,120 points. Tencent (00700) surged over 5%, CATL (03750) jumped over 7% after earnings, Zhipu (02513) increased nearly 7%, MINIMAX (00100) rose over 9%, reaching a new high of HKD 1,148 since listing. Financial stocks rebounded, HSBC (00005) and AIA (01299) up 3%. Oil prices retreated, PetroChina (00857) fell over 2%, CNOOC (00883) declined 1%.

Dow Jones futures initially fell 886 points to 46,615, S&P 500 futures dropped 1.5% to 6,636, Nasdaq futures fell 1.5% to 22,061. However, the Dow closed up 239 points at 47,740, S&P 500 up 0.8% at 6,795, Nasdaq up 1.4% at 22,695.
