Xindian Software Announcement: Some of the company’s fundraising projects, including the “Xindian Software Regional Operation Center Construction Project,” are planned to be completed, with a surplus of 152 million yuan in raised funds. Among these, 90.81 million yuan will be used to invest in new projects, including the “Research on Key Technologies for the New Paradigm of AI-Driven Three-Mode Fusion Software Development” with 50.81 million yuan and the “Research and Productization of Key Technologies for AI Large Models Empowering a New Generation of Cost Estimation and Quantification” with 40 million yuan; 20 million yuan will be used for other fundraising projects; the remaining 41.0554 million yuan will be used for permanent supplementary working capital.
