Hong Kong dollar HIBOR develops individually; one-month HIBOR drops 2.44 basis points to 2.02%

Reuters Finance APP learned that on March 10, the Hong Kong dollar interbank offered rate (HIBOR) showed mixed developments. The overnight rate was 1.34833%, up 1.631 basis points; the one-week rate fell 10.547 basis points to 1.56018%; the two-week rate also decreased by 10.143 basis points to 1.69%. The one-month rate related to property mortgage loans was 2.02083%, down 2.441 basis points.

The three-month rate, reflecting bank funding costs, was 2.38917%, down 4.113 basis points. For longer-term rates, the six-month rate increased by 0.071 basis points to 2.63196%, and the one-year rate rose by 1.899 basis points to 2.8%.
