Shares of technology companies rose, recouping a chunk of their recent losses, as traders bet an artificial-intelligence boom would survive the war in Iran.

Anthropic, the maker of popular AI model Claude, filed a lawsuit Monday against the Trump administration for designating it a security threat and trying to cancel its federal contract.

British data-center developer Nscale Global Holdings said it raised $2 billion at a $14.6 billion valuation, a sign that investors continue to see promise in the artificial-intelligence infrastructure startup as it seeks to roll out data centers.
