Odaily星球日報訊 據報導，比特幣礦企 Core Scientific 公布 2025 年第四季度財報，整體業績表現分化。在公司加速向高密度數據中心托管（colocation）業務轉型的背景下，挖礦收入明顯下滑。
財報顯示，公司第四季度總營收為 7,980 萬美元，較上年同期的 9,490 萬美元有所下降。其中，比特幣挖礦業務收入降至 4,220 萬美元，而 2024 年同期為 7,990 萬美元，降幅顯著。
不過，公司強調，其數據中心托管服務收入大幅增長至 3,130 萬美元，高於 2024 年的 850 萬美元。這一增長主要得益於托管業務的運營擴張。托管模式指企業租用非自有的計算基礎設施進行部署。
Core Scientific CEO Adam Sullivan 表示，公司現有建設項目已完成過半，正將托管平台擴展至 1.5 吉瓦可租賃容量管線。憑藉多地區布局和成熟的執行能力，公司正在加快多個站點的投產進度，以推動長期可持續增長。
盈利方面，第四季度毛利升至 2,080 萬美元，高於 2024 年同期的 480 萬美元；但公司調整後 EBITDA 仍為 -4,270 萬美元，顯示轉型過程中盈利壓力仍然存在。
