Co-founder of Solana promotes XRP via WhatsApp
Anatoly Yakovenko, co-founder of Solana, commented on a post by a cryptocurrency researcher who replaced Solana with XRP on WhatsApp. This indicates the possibility of trading XRP directly through WhatsApp.
The user converted 0.1 SOL to 5.99 wXRP, likely using an AI-powered trading bot, by typing "buy 0.1 SOL worth of wXRP." He said, "I just bought XRP on the Solana platform via WhatsApp. Solana is officially ready for seniors."
This comes alongside the launch of wXRP on the Solana platform via Hex Trust and LayerZero. The integration with WhatsApp benefits from Solana's network speed and low fees, as well as custodial wallet bots. Notably, BTC, ETH, TRON, AVAX, Monad, and SUI are already traded on the Solana network.
This move enhances XRP liquidity and adds new features in decentralized finance (DeFi). It has garnered widespread attention from the crypto community.
