Golden Finance reports that on March 31, South Korean artificial intelligence (AI) chip company Rebellions completed a new round of financing, raising $400 million. The funds raised will mainly be used to expand the U.S. market, increase production capacity, and prepare for an IPO. Following the $250 million Series C funding in September last year, Rebellions's total funding now reaches $850 million, with the company's valuation approximately $2.34 billion.
