In order to improve user experience and alleviate the problem of transactions taking too long due to network traffic and other reasons, Gate.io has launched the "self-help acceleration" feature. When you make a deposit and it is taking a longer time than usual for the deposit to complete, or the record of the deposit is missing, you can use the "self-help acceleration" feature to accelerate the process.

Please wait patiently for 5-30 minutes after submitting the acceleration request to see if it is credited. If it is still not, you can continue to wait for 60 more minutes or submit a ticket. (Help center article on how to submit a ticket: https://www.gate.io/en/help/guide/common/23119)

How to use the Self-help acceleration feature

Step 1: Open Gate.io app and log in to your account. Click on "Wallet" on the bottom menu bar. Click on "Deposit" or go to "Spot Account"-"Deposit".

Step 2: Select the coin you want to deposit. Click on "Self-help acceleration".

Step 3: Select the chain. Then click on "Self-help acceleration".

Step 4: Enter the transaction hash (TxID) and click on "OK".

Step 5: Wait patiently after submitting the request for acceleration.
