Circle jumps 20% as Clarity Act compromise lifts crypto stocks

Circle jumped 19.89% on Monday as crypto-related stocks rose after senators finalized a compromise on Clarity Act language for stablecoin yields. Thom Tillis called it a substantially improved, consensus-based product.
