just been playing around with Best Wallet for a few weeks now and honestly it's pretty solid for a mobile-first app. the whole thing feels pretty new (launched last year) but that's kind of the appeal if you're into catching early-stage projects. you get access to presales and token launches right in the app, which is actually useful if you're trying to get in on new tokens before they hit the major exchanges.

the setup was smooth - no KYC nonsense which i appreciated, and you keep full control of your private keys the whole time. supports like 60+ blockchains which is wild, so swapping between different networks is way easier than jumping between exchanges. the interface is clean and minimalist, not cluttered like some other wallets. real-time price tracking and portfolio monitoring built in is convenient.

that said, it's still pretty early stage. there's no desktop version which some people might find sketchy for security reasons, and customer support is basically just email and social media - no live chat. the ratings are mixed across different platforms (4.4 on App Store, 2.2 on Trustpilot which seems harsh honestly). some users complain about occasional sync issues and the setup instructions could be clearer for beginners.

compared to older established wallets it's missing some advanced features and doesn't work with hardware wallets yet, but they've got a detailed roadmap so seems like they're planning to add stuff. if you're looking for a best wallet app that's modern and has DeFi built in rather than just basic storage, it's worth checking out. just don't expect the polish of wallets that have been around for years. decent alternative if you're willing to deal with a younger project.
