$PI Currently, it seems that funds are continuously flowing in, but this doesn't necessarily mean they will be used to push prices higher. Right now, it depends on whether there are more bullish or bearish traders, and the market will tend to move in the direction of the fewer number of participants. If the daily and 30-day moving averages are not trending down, the price won't rise, regardless of how the overall market performs. Just like today’s stocks—if the market surges but you hold weak stocks, your gains will be minimal. What kind of structure is needed for a rise? At least the daily moving averages should be aligned, and the Bollinger Bands should be flat and stable—that's the basic requirement for an upward move. Here's a chart for you to study on your own.

Be patient. The rebound won't last long and it will go down again. The target price is still the first target mentioned yesterday: $0.16, and the second target is $0.14. The $0.16 reference is based on the daily support level, and the $0.14 reference is based on the weekly support level.
